Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. 
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in the Membrane manufacturing industry. 
• A solid understanding of LEAN manufacturing background and a skillset in 6 Sigma preferred. 
• Proven track record of successfully managing engineering projects. 
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. 
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in engineering software and tools, such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, MATLAB, or similar
