Job location: Hong Kong, Japan
Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Polymer Science and Engineering, Material Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or Material Sciences, or an MPhil with profound industrial experience;
• Minimum five years of R&D and supervisory experience in polymer materials-related areas, such as functional polymer or biomaterials for purification/membrane/coating development and biomass reutilization technology;
• Proven experience in the commercialization of R&D projects;
• Strong creative and critical thinking abilities; excellent troubleshooting skills;
• Ability to work independently and lead a research team effectively;
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and coordination skills; and
• Proficiency in English and Chinese, with a demonstrated ability to craft articulate reports and deliver compelling presentations. Additionally, skilled in conducting thorough literature review and patent searches.
