Requirements:

• BS, MS, or PhD in Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical Engineering or a related field and 12+ (BS), 10+ (MS), or 4+ (PhD) years of relevant industrial experience.
• Possess a thorough theoretical and practical understanding of your own scientific discipline (product/device development, design controls, 3D/2D CAD and EPDM, drawings, mechanical design, FEA, reverse engineering, rapid prototyping, laboratory testing, high volume manufacturing, injection molding, metrology, and statistics). 
• Demonstrated ability to learn, understand and master new experimental techniques.
• Ability to multitask and work within timelines.
