• Degree in Chemical / Process Engineering based subject or equivalent with industrial experience.
• Demonstrated experience in roll-to-roll manufacturing processes, coating or printing.
• Proactive & independent with a can-do attitude and creative approach to overcoming challenges.
• Delivery-focused and able to achieve business critical timescales and work under pressure.
• Develops positive collaborative relationships with colleagues based on good communication, trust and respect.
