Requirements:

• BS degree in either Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or strongly related degree.
• 5+ years of polymer processing experience.
• Experience with web handling production optimization, including capacity and web quality improvements.
• Demonstrated expertise in the application of film processing and handling equipment including extrusion, transport rolls, clutches, winders, tension control, web surface treaters, vision systems, and roll slitters.
• Experience with web handling production optimization, including capacity improvements and web quality improvements.
• Six Sigma certified as Green Belt preferred.
• Process Safety Management (PSM) experience.
