Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field (Master's preferred).
• 5-7 years in managing complex projects and installations in an industrial food processing plant.
• Prior food industry project management experience (dairy industry preferred).
• Knowledge of dairy process equipment (HTST, separator, membrane systems).
• Familiarity with FDA and USDA regulations.
• Experience with Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, Utilities, and Construction trades.
