Requirements:

• A Ph.D. degree in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, or related fields with at least 3 years of relevant experience
• Extensive experience and knowledge in different polymerization, polymer functionalization and polymer characterization methods
• Proven experience in membrane synthesis, functionalization, and applications (bioprocessing applications preferred)
• Demonstrated experience and proficiency in engineering statistics and related software (ex. Minitab, JMP)
• Demonstrated experience in using Design of Experiments (DOE) techniques and associated tools for problem-solving and process improvement
