Requirements:

• B.S. in chemical engineering or polymer science and engineering or equivalent plus 8 years’ experience in a related technical area, or MS/equivalent plus 5 years, or Ph.D. plus 2 years.
• Demonstrate a strong fundamental understanding of science/engineering principles related to flat-sheet membrane. Knowledge and experience in flat-sheet polymeric membrane development are very desirable. Knowledge of filtration products, processes, and applications would be a plus.
• Have a track record of innovation and success in the execution of technology or product development projects. Be proficient in designing, conducting, and analyzing experiments in laboratory or manufacturing setting with a diverse project team.
• Be proficient in technology and product development in areas such as current knowledge of customer needs and IP landscape, basic project management, budgeting, risk assessment, FMEA, validation, and product launch and post launch support.
• Strong oral and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to different parts of the organization and to customers.
