Hi there,

I hope this message finds you well.

My research focuses on enhancing ionic diffusion and charge transfer kinetics to improve electrochemical efficiency by synthesizing Metal-Organic Frameworks (MOFs). Specifically, I have been working on single-atom catalysts and bimetallic MOF-based composites, aiming to enhance their conductivity and chemical stability through functionalization with conductive nanomaterials. This research has demonstrated significant potential for applications in supercapacitors, water splitting including oxygen evolution reaction (OER)and hydrogen evolution reaction (HER), energy storage, bio-sensing, and CO2 reduction.
For your reference, I have submitted two research papers in well known journals which are under revision and have successfully passed an English language proficiency test with a score of 6.5 bands.
I am reaching out to inquire about potential PhD positions in your group related to these topics. I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to apply and would be happy to discuss how my research background aligns with your work. Please let me know if we could arrange an online meeting at your convenience.
Thank you for your time and consideration. I look forward to your response.

Best regards,
M. Irfan

Hi there,
My doctoral research at the Department of Ceramic Engineering, India Institute of Technology (BHU), Varanasi, India, is anticipated to be concluded by Dec 2025 and focuses on the development of advanced materials for electrochemical energy storage and conversion.
My academic background includes a Master’s in Nanotechnology, which has laid a strong foundation for my interdisciplinary perspective in nano(materials) and its application in the field of electrochemistryMy doctoral research focuses on the development and electrochemical assessment of innovative transition-metal-based electrocatalysts (such as Fe-doped CrPO₄, Ni-doped FeCrO₃ oxides, and Ni-incorporated CrVO₄, cation vacant High Entropy Spinel), along with structural and compositional analysis using techniques like XRD, SEM, TEM, XPS, and BET. Subsequently, to understand the electrocatalytic activity for the OER is characterized by using various electrochemical studies, including cyclic voltammetry (CV), linear sweep voltammetry (LSV), electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS), and chronoamperometry experiments. Furthermore, I learned and carried out Accelerated Durability Tests (ADT), during which we assess structural changes and analyze variations in atomic percentages before and after the activation of the electro-catalyst. These investigations have enhanced our comprehension of the structure–function relationship in OER-active catalysts, leading to the acceptance and publication of papers in prestigious journals.
I am interested in this application. I would also appreciate your feedback on whether my research profile aligns with the requirements of your current or upcoming projects

Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I look forward to hearing from you.

Warm regards,
Abhijeet Singh

Hello,

My doctoral research conducted at the laboratory of Processes materials and environment engineering at the faculty of Sciences and technology of fes morocco, focused on the chemical and physicochemical pretreatment of lignocellulosic biomasses for the production of biomaterials, biofuels and value-added chemicals, via heterogenous catalytic route, so my work also emphasized the design, synthesis and characterization of catalysts ( mainly mixed oxides derived from hydrotalcite) and the optimization and kinesthetic analysis to further understand and improve the catalytic system for better performance and selectivity towards the desired products. During my 4,5 years of Ph.D I gained hands on experience in several techniques ( DRX, FTIR, MEB-EDX, TGA-DTG, UV DRS, ZETAPOTENTIAL, BET, PSD, HPLC, UV-VIS, ICP).

I'm so interested in this position as it will help me learn and develop more skills.

Thank you so much for your time and consideration,
Looking forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
Mona Benali.
