Job Title: Research Associate (Nano-Bio Interface)
Hiring Company: The School of Chemistry, Chemical Engineering and Biotechnology (CCEB) at the Nanyang Technological University, Singapore invites applications for the position of Research Associate, Nano-Bio Interface. The team is seeking to recruit a research associate devoted to studies of nanoscale assembly of diverse biomolecules on biological membranes using nanofabricated chips and high-resolution imaging. The project aims to elucidate mechanisms of biophysical guidance of biomolecule assembly associated with disease progression and drug delivery.

Job location: NTU Main Campus, Singapore
Requirements:

• Minimum Master Degree in biological science, biomedical engineering or related disciplines. Research backgrounds in nanofabrication, invitro reconstitution, fluorescence microscopy imaging and related image analysis are highly preferred.
• Working experience in supported lipid bilayer, protein purification, liposome assay, T cell culture and characterization, immunofluorescence, confocal microscopy, python or MATLAB-based image analysis, are highly desired.
• Highly motivated and dedicated to the development of the project.
• Excellent laboratory, planning, and leadership skills.
• Ability to integrate well into a team of researchers with different backgrounds, and the ability to learn new techniques.
