Requirements:

• Professional experience in a relevant field, such as batteries, electrode technology, or advanced materials. 

• Deep expertise in batteries, especially flow batteries, or in materials such as plastics/polymers. 

• Strongly preferred: Experience with catalysts and their integration into battery systems. 

• Extensive knowledge of electrochemistry and materials science. 

• In-depth understanding of bulk materials, design principles, performance optimization and characterization. 

• Very good English language skills, both spoken and written, German language skills are an advantage.
