Requirements:

• Self-driven, collaborative, and motivated to learn.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for effective inter departmental collaborations with Engineering, Machine Shop, Product Management and Lab Services, as well as outside firms.
• The candidate is strongly encouraged to prepare a presentation and/or bring a portfolio of previous work or projects that demonstrate relevant work experience.
• The candidate should have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a related field with relevant experience (minimum of 3-5 years’ experience) in a related technical field or industry.
• Hands-on experience in development projects and in fast-paced environments, with a proven track record of performance and meeting deadlines and deliverables.
