Requirements:

• PhD in chemical engineering, biochemical engineering; candidates with a master’s degree with relevant experience in an industrial setting will also be considered
• 5+ years’ experience managing projects and teams
• Expertise in statistical analysis and design of experiments
• Working knowledge of technology process (fermentation and downstream processes, centrifugation, membrane filtration, drying, etc.)
• Demonstrated success in executing projects from start to end
• Knowledge of laboratory safety standard practices
