Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Technical/Engineering preferred
• Agri-food industry technology and processes, project engineering in food or dairy processing plant, knowledge of main dairy process equipment (e.g., HTST, separator, membrane systems, electrical and control systems) and FDA/USDA regulations.
• 2+ years experience applying industrial, processing, mechanical, and electrical knowledge to real-world manufacturing applications; experience managing complex projects and manufacturing installations
• Must be familiar with AutoCAD, Excel, and Office 365
