• Education:  High School or Equivalent. Associates or Bachelor's Degree in materials science, chemical engineering, physics, microelectronics engineering, or a similar discipline.
• Experience Years:  5-8 years in lieu of degree or 0-1 year with degree                            
• Experience Type:  Manufacturing and/or Quality/Process support role in wafer or thin film manufacturing
• OR equivalent combination of education and experience
