Requirements:

• MSc in in Materials Science, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics with 3+ years of Process Engineer experience in the semiconductor industry, preferably in the field of wet clean/advanced packaging or alternatively a finished PhD study in related field.  
• Familiarity with working in a chemical laboratory, having experience in surface preparation and analytical techniques
• In-depth understanding and experience in Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Design of Experiments (DOE)
• Excellent social skills with ability to work within diverse teams 
• Creative thinking and strong problem-solving capabilities, able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation skills in English
