Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in engineering or equivalent experience, preferably Electrical Engineering or automation, with at least 5 years of experience working in manufacturing facilities.
• HMI/OIT programming such as Wonderware Archestra, System Platform/InTouch, or Inductive Automation’s Ignition.
• In-house IO and panel testing, set-up, troubleshooting, and drawings. This includes IO check-out and motor direction testing (and reversal). VFD Setup and communications (Yaskawa, ABB, Mitsubishi, etc.) Emphasis on ABB.
• Ability to read and mark up electrical panel and network drawings, and the ability to update or create electrical drawings. PLC-PLC, PLC-IO, PLC-VFD, and other communications. Panel and wiring troubleshooting skills are a plus.
• Experience working in and supporting Manufacturing Facilities on day-to-day basis. This will include working in a collaborative environment across departments and communicating results to leadership and management. 
• Has exceptional project management skills in managing project timelines, interaction with machine builders and contractors, and implementation of chemical equipment into the plant. Experience with the design and implementation of various customized high-speed automated systems, especially those related to manufacturing and assembly.
