Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Polymer Science, Material Science, Chemical Engineering, or Chemistry with 5+ years academic or industry experience in polymeric materials, polymer processing, and surface modification, or MS with 10+ years industry experience.
• Hands on independent experimentation for producing and analyzing membranes. Plans, organizes, executes, tracks, and communicates project tasks and progress. Evaluates, recommends, and implements well-reasoned solutions to technical problems.
• Provides scientific input and contributes to other project teams. Directs and provides feedback to the operators assigned to the project team. Work in close collaboration with team members and other functional groups (R&D, QA, PE, Operations, Supply Chain, etc.) towards the attainment of project objectives.
