Job Title: Postdoctoral Researcher in Membrane Separations
Hiring Company: The Membrane and Interfacial Science Lab in the Department of Mechanical and Process Engineering (D-MAVT) at ETH Zürich invites postdoctoral researcher that will lead and develop research activities on next-generation membrane processes. Responsibilities may include: Experimental evaluation of membrane performance in gas and liquid separations (e.g., carbon capture, methane purification, water treatment), fabrication and characterization of nanoporous and polymeric materials and theoretical and computational modeling of transport and energy efficiency

Requirements:

• A PhD in Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, Physics, or a closely related field
• Demonstrated experience in membrane science, material fabrication, or transport modeling
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Motivation to work independently and with a collaborative, international research team
