Requirements:

• A PhD in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in membrane fabrication, particularly thin-film composite membranes, and surface functionalization.
• Strong expertise in membrane characterization techniques and understanding of structure-property relationships.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-based, multidisciplinary research environment.
