Job Title: Postdoc in electronically tunable membranes for digitalized separation
Hiring Company:  As a postdoctoral, you will join the Department of Fibre and Polymer Technology (FPT), KTH Royal Institute of Technology, Sweden’s leading academic environment for research and education in polymers, fibres, cellulose-based materials, and sustainable technologies. You will work in an ambitious, interdisciplinary team developing a new class of electronically tunable cellulose-based membranes that enable adaptive, digitally controlled separation processes.

Job location: Stockholm, Sweden
Requirements:

• A doctoral degree in materials science, chemical engineering, polymer science, electrochemistry, membrane science, or a related field. This eligibility requirement must be met no later than the time the employment decision is made.
• Research experience in one or more of the following areas: membrane science, electrochemistry, transport phenomena, nanofibrillar materials, cellulose nanofibrils, hydrogels, or filtration technologies.
• Experience with electrochemical characterization techniques, including impedance spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry, and/or chronoamperometry.
• Experience designing and constructing experimental setups or devices.
• A strong publication record demonstrating scientific independence.
• Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and the ability to develop new research ideas.
• Awareness of diversity and equal opportunity issues, with specific focus on gender equality.
