Job location: Böblingen, Denmark
Requirements:

• Master’s degree (or higher) in Polymer Chemistry, Materials Science, Chemical Engineering or a closely related field.
• PhD in polymer science or membrane technology is a plus.
• Proven track record in polymer synthesis (batch or continuous) and characterization (e.g. GPC, NMR, FTIR).
• Hands-on experience with membrane casting and processing (doctor blade, tape-casting, solvent evaporation).
• Familiarity with electrochemical methods (impedance spectroscopy, cyclic voltammetry) or a strong interest to learn.
• Self-starter who can independently drive multiple R&D tasks.
• Structured thinker with excellent troubleshooting skills in a lab environment.
• Strong communicator and team player—comfortable working in a small, agile group.
• Good command of English (German skills is a plus).
