Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of direct Experience in the operation of membrane systems
• Formal training on membrane operation and sanitation
• 2 years’ Experience in raw milk receiving.
• 2-3 years of direct Experience in operating and managing sanitation systems.
• Strong attention to detail
• Highly organized and data-driven.
• Uncompromising with recordkeeping
• Proficient in Microsoft applications (excel, word, PowerPoint)
• Strong mathematical and analytical skills
• Highly confident
• Strong written and verbal skills, able to present to large and small audiences.
• Self-starter---identifies opportunities and takes the initiative to address them directly.
• Listens to the input of others, considers, and provides immediate feedback.
• Develop strong relationships with others to work as a team.
