Job location: Guelph, Ontario, Canada
Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Chemistry or equivalent required, Chemical Engineering or
  Electrochemistry is preferred, Ph.D would be an asset.
• Five years industrial product development experience in water treatment, food processing,
  pharmaceutical or a related field (e.g. fuel cells, batteries, etc.).
• Ability to work with global interdisciplinary teams including personnel from technology, sales, and
  marketing.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Independent, motivated self-starter who takes initiative.
• Creative, hands-on researcher.
  Desired:
• Modeling experience in hydrodynamics and mass transfer as applied to electrochemistry.
• Mechanical, plumbing, and electrical working knowledge and skills to setup test apparatus.
• Experience working with ion-exchange material and membranes.
• Project management skills, PMP or equivalent experience.
