Requirements:

• B.S. or B.E. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Membrane, Polymer, or Materials Science & Engineering. 
• 5+ years of industry experience preferred.
• Experience with leading technical team for new membrane development and applications
• Proficient with a well-rounded background in polymer chemistry and membrane science 
• Hands-on experience with polymer synthesis, characterization, and testing
• Hands-on experience with design, installation, and modification of lab equipment
• Hands-on experience with membrane fabrication and testing 
• Knowledge and experience in polymer and membrane scaling up and applications 
• Knowledge and experience in membrane-based separations, water electrolysis, fuel cell, and batteries 
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills - oral and written.
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities
• Strong demonstration of teamwork and team-leading abilities
