I hold an MSc in Chemical Engineering with a strong research background in membrane-based gas separation, where I developed and characterized advanced mixed-matrix membranes and conducted both experimental and molecular simulation studies. My work involved operating laboratory-scale separation systems, performing membrane fabrication, conducting sorption and permeability testing, and analyzing large datasets with precision. Prior to my MSc, I worked as a Process Engineer at a CO₂ capture plant in Habib Sugar Mills, where I gained hands-on experience with industrial operations, troubleshooting, and process optimization—skills directly transferable to laboratory and pilot-scale desalination setups. I am highly comfortable working in interdisciplinary research environments, proactive in problem-solving, and experienced in collaborating with academic and industrial partners. With strong technical expertise, excellent English communication skills, and a solid foundation in membrane science and lab operations, I believe I am well-suited for contributing to Aalborg University’s desalination and Power-to-X research activities.
