Requirements:

• Experience working with the management level staff of an industrial organization (preferred)
• Proven ability to develop and cultivate lasting customer relationships with a diverse set of internal and external constituencies (preferred)
• Strong analytical capabilities, specifically related to water treatment protocols and processes; ability to perform on site jar testing and treatability studies (preferred)
• Excellent organization, project management, time management, communication, and interpersonal skills (preferred)
• Willingness to "roll up one's sleeves" and assist wherever needed (required)
• Demonstrated understanding of various water treatment technologies and applications (preferred)
• Ability to lead and maintain an analytical and technical conversation; ability to articulate complex technical information into simpler, manageable terms (required)
• Ability to communicate ideas effectively both verbally and in writing (required)
• Familiarity with sales processes and concepts (preferred)
• Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism, confidentiality, and objectivity (required)
