Job location: Germany, Bayern
Requirements:

• Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Electrochemistry, Material Science, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in electrolysis technology development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role, preferably within the hydrogen or renewable energy industry.
• Expertise in AEM electrolysis principles, including membrane materials, electrocatalysts, ion exchange kinetics, and system design, with a strong understanding of alkaline electrolysis.
• Track record of leading successful R&D projects and driving technology innovation from concept to commercialization.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders at all levels, including proficiency in English.
