Requirements:

• Previous experience in project and personnel management, including budget development, demonstrated leadership in an individual contributor role.
• Experience writing successful research proposals and leading research projects as principal investigator.
• Demonstrated ability to write compelling scientific research proposals.
• Demonstrated ability to write high-impact peer-reviewed scientific manuscripts.
• History of funding awards in separations science.
• Ability to mentor and coach regular staff, postdoctoral scientists, and interns.
