• Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field.
• Prior experience in field service or a similar role preferably in the water or wastewater treatment industry.
• Strong knowledge of water and wastewater treatment technologies and processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as required.
