Requirements:

• Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Chemistry, or similar combination of education and experience (Required)
• PhD in Chemistry, Chemical or Materials Engineering, or similar field (Preferred)
• 5 years or more Experience in chemical, energy, or other relevant industry (Required)
• Experience with electrolyzers, fuel cells, electrodialysis, membrane electrode assemblies (MEA), flow cells or similar technologies. (Required)
• Experience selecting electrode materials, membrane separators, and electrolyte compositions. (Preferred)
• Have a good understanding of lab safety procedures and ability to consistently operate safely. (Required)
• A self-starter who collaborates effectively, communicates clearly, and drives progress. (Required)
• Proven record of contribution to electrochemical research or design. (Required)
• Familiarity with electrode and catalyst design principles. (Preferred)
• Passionate about carbon management solutions. (Preferred)
• Prior experience with electrode manufacture. (Preferred)
