Requirements:

• A university degree in electrochemistry or equivalent qualifications
• Several years of professional experience in the electrochemical industry or comparable academic activities in relevant research institutions
• Focus of work in the field of PEM membrane technology and related applications
• Experience in the area of degradation of PEM applications is advantageous
• Experience in project management and practical leadership of R&D projects is beneficial
• Fluency in English and German, as well as the ability to work in international teams, is required
• Essential are a strong interest in the latest technologies, a willingness to continuously expand your technical knowledge, and the ability to inspire, guide, and lead others to success, based on competent decisions around the evolution of new technologies
