Requirements:

• Master’s or PhD degree in Chemistry, Aeronautical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Materials Science with a focus in materials analysis or analytical chemistry
• 8+ years of post-degree experience
• 5+ years of people leadership experience in a scientific, engineering or product development matrixed organization.
• Fluency with design of experiment (DOE) methods and statistical analysis Problem solving ability and excellent oral/written communication skills are required
• US Citizenship or Resident Alien status required to support government programs and projects
• Prefer knowledge of filter design, fluid dynamics, and metrology
