Job location: Rochester, United States
Requirements:

• BS in Engineering, Chemical, Materials, Polymer, Paper, Textile Engineering, or related field is required.
• Advanced degree in the similar field is preferred but not required.
• At least two years of work experience in the field of nonwovens, membranes, filtration, is preferred but not required.
• Experience with Lean six sigma and working knowledge of statistics is required
• Hands-on laboratory experience with material characterization and testing such as DSC, TGA, FTIR, SEM etc. and/or strong knowledge and understanding of different nonwoven manufacturing technologies is a plus.
• Ability to work in cross-functional teams within the facility as well as throughout the company
