Requirements:

• M.Sc. in Organic Chemistry with a minimum of 3-5 years of relevant industrial experience
  OR
• Ph.D. in Chemistry with at least 1-2 years of experience in process development and scale-up
• Sound knowledge of organic chemistry, Spectroscopy, Drug Regulatory Affairs & Quality Assurance
• ICH Guidelines and IP understanding
• Good experimental hand & Scale-up knowledge
• Innovative thinking & excellent observance
• Problem Solving Ability
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration within & with other functions
• Effective communication & Presentation skills
