Requirements:

•  Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in R&D, preferably in filtration, membrane technology, or biopharmaceutical product development.
• Strong knowledge of filtration principles, membrane materials, and testing methodologies.
• Proficient in experimental design, data analysis, and technical documentation.
• Experience with CAD software and product design tools.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
• Experience with biopharmaceutical or medical device filtration products is highly desirable.
