Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in materials science chemistry, chemical engineering, or related fields. Master's degree in materials science chemistry, chemical engineering, or a comparable field preferred.
• Competency in packaging science, nonwovens, films, coatings, printing, and adhesives required.
• 5+ years’ experience in packaging, printing industry or manufacturing settings.
• Six Sigma training, statistics competence or certifications are a positive
• Demonstrated experience leading projects.
• Computer Literacy: PowerPoint and Excel Savvy
